Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia Isabel Rodrigo was born 20th February 2003. She is an American singer-songwriter, actress, and producer. The lead roles she played in Disney's High School Musical: The Musical: The Series and Bizaardvark became well-known in late 2010s. After signing with Geffen and Interscope Records in 2020, Rodrigo dropped her first single "Drivers License", which broke various records and was one of the top-selling songs in 2021, bringing her into the limelight. It was followed by singles "Deja Vu", "Good 4 U" and her debut solo studio album, Sour (2021), which was a critical and commercial success, and was awarded three Grammy Awards. Olivia Rodrigo, a Disney+ documentary on her artistic process for Sour came out in 2022. Apart from other accolades she has also won an American Music Award, seven Billboard Music Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards. Time named her the 2021 Entertainer of Year. Billboard named her the Woman of the Year in 2022.
Rodrigo has received many awards for her achievements in the field of music which included three Grammy Awards. [111] Billboard recognized Rodrigo with the Women of the Award at the 2022 Billboard Women in Music. In addition, she was named "Songwriter of the Year" by Variety in 2021[113] along with in 2022 at the ASCAP Awards. [114]
