Sharp, who was born in Rochester, New York in 1962, took classes in clarinets along with cellos, pianos, and clarinets at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp received a award to The Boston Conservatory for her enthusiasm in school theatre. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp after she graduated. from the Conservatory, Sharp set her goals for the stage. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel, debuted Off-Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and performed in eight roles in the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp played Abyssinia and Aida in the theatre in addition. Sharp, who has worked on both the screen and on stage is engaged in several unique projects. She sings as often as she can, and she has an album of her own in production. Sharp enjoys staying fit and stays in great fitness by learning Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp lives with her spouse and two children living in Los Angeles.
